The Rules
of Arbitration of the
Vietnam International
Arbitration Centre at the
Vietnam Chamber of Commerce
and Industry (the "Rules")
have been in force as from 1
July 2004. The Rules are
applicable to resolution of
disputes of both domestic
and international
characters. The Rules was
made in accordance with
Vietnamese laws and
international laws and
usages. Opting for the Rules
of VIAC, the parties may
themselves ensure quickness,
impartiality and objectivity
in resolution of their
disputes |
